BYT 100 OnDemand (coach step 1)
CourseThis is the first official BYT breath coach training course. Learn the science behind the breath connection to digestion, cardiac function, movement efficiency, mood and performance - inclusive enough to be a stand alone course.

BYT 200 OnDemand (coach step 2)
CourseBYT 200 provides CapnoTrainer learning experiences, as well as the next level of BYT activity progression. BYT 200 is not required to advance from BYT 100 to BYT 300.

BYT 300 OnDemand (coach step 3)
CourseLearn more about intermittent hypoxic training, hyperventilation, and meditation practices. BYT 300 Advanced Practices can be taken after BYT 100. BYT 200 is recommended, but not required.

BYT 500 Mentorship (coach step 4)
CourseThis course includes 10 hours of individual mentoring (cases and program development). It concludes BYT 400, which has been woven into the previous BYT 100, 200, and 300 courses. This course if required for full BYT Coach Certification.
